On Siddhartha's quest for enlightenment, he found the Four Noble Truths, which are the foundation of Buddhism. The truths are:
Samudaya means that all suffering is caused by craving, and no matter how much we get, were never satisfied.
Nirhodha is the stoppage of suffering and the causes.
Magga is the way of reaching salvation by the way of knowledge.

- The truth of the cause of suffering (samudaya)
- The truth of the end of suffering (nirhodha)
- The truth of the path that frees us from suffering (magga)
